腳踏車環島之旅 緣起 第一次興起想環島的念頭，是我大二還住在台科宿舍裡，但室友們都是一群來自中國大陸的交換生，當中兩個人和我說他們已經租好腳踏車，兩個禮拜後見，說完，他們就真的上路了。我從他們回來後告訴我，台灣真的很適合環島，不論是在土地面積的差異上，或是沿途所能經歷的風景上。我想：天啊 ! 我怎麼對台灣還這麼不了解呢 !? 忘記是誰曾經這麼對我說過： 如果連台灣都還沒玩完的話，幹嘛這麼急著出國旅遊呢 ? 沒錯，所以環島這件事，就這麼被標記在我的人生清單上，等著被完成了。 準備 在我兵役將近尾聲時，在 World Business Dialogue 論壇上認識的台灣朋友－ Andrew 突然問我有沒有興趣和他一起騎單車環島，於是我倆一個人找住宿、一個人規劃路線、景點，並且在出發前用 Skype 開會互相對過資訊以後，準備工作就這麼告一個段落。我騎的腳踏車是和 James 借， Andrew 則向捷安特租來的。 環島的難題 第一次環島，我們都習慣把事情想得太美麗、太簡單，覺得一支手機在手，任何問題都能解決。分享幾個比較大的問題： 一、 事前暖身、事後拉筋 原本的夥伴還有一位 Andrew 的高中同學，就在他們從台北南下的路途中，他的腳意外的受了傷，嚴重到必須放棄環島，回到台北後須拄拐杖。這讓我們意識到安全第一，以及出發前的暖身和晚上的收操一定要做得確實。 二、 爆胎 我的環島第一天，就在雲林嘉義的邊界上意外地讓後輪被一個特粗螺絲釘給刺穿，由於是第一次在道路上維修，花費了將近一個小時才能重新上路；第二天， Andrew 也爆胎了，我們甚至不小心在拆卸輪胎過程中讓一個螺帽給彈落在草叢裡面，花了好大功夫才找了回來；第三天，我又爆胎，而且還一連爆了兩次，原因是我在加油站為輪胎打氣的時候，灌了太多氣，內胎就硬生生原地爆炸！這炸了可嚴重了，連同外胎也被炸得有些畸形，鐵絲外插，造成過不久後又發生內胎被刺破的慘事。 三、 腳踏車種類 很多路人見到我們一起騎車都不免想問我，一台登山車和一台公路車，兩者在路面上的速度差異非常大，要怎麼追上 ? 只能說，除了 Andrew 的配合以外，我也得花更多的腿力才能看到他的車尾燈，有時候大腿的痠痛是很難以想像的。 四、 住宿地點選擇 以一般人體力來說，一天...

There is this restaurant that caught my eyes because it’s said it was from Louisiana, where Carrie is from. Quick recap, Carrie is a Southerner (they like to call themselves that) who had a layover to Taiwan for about half a day and the chairman of the IYDU, Jason, connected us together. That kind of reminded me that when Jason gave Tony a souvenir he claimed was an “alligator” figure, that showed up in this restaurant, too. It has about 5 chains in Taiwan but there is this very one in Taichung. We went there for an afternoon tea, but they seem to be famous for its brunch, not the perfect timing! Most guests are families with little kids, I thought it was due to the sand playground they provided inside. We got our seats on the second floor, I liked our seats, it’s sofa and it felt comfy. We checked out the menu but found out there were not many options for us just looking for small foods. However, we still wanted to try their classic one and that’s the, wait for it, chicken wings!...

So I watched “ 陣頭 ” ( Din Tao ： Leader of the Parade ) three years ago, and that’s about time I knew about 九 天 民 俗 技 藝 團 (ChioTian). But, I didn’t know where this group is located until recently. I had been there once yet I didn’t have a closer look. This time, I went with my parents. Many people actually go there ‘cause there is a beautiful forest, like in the realm of fantasy. You can go to Instagram and search # 九天森林 , there you will find out the truth that those visitors are coming from other cities.  The path towards the forest It's potato-patahto season The forest has probably overshadowed 九天民俗技藝團 . We parked out car and walked a little bit inside, first we saw farms, farms and farms. It’s all laterite which is good to plant potatoes. Peasants are busy reaping these sweet potatoes and turning them into cash. Under such toxic weather, we seemed a tad out of place as they were still working. 電通安吉斯集團 2016 暑期實習 第四周 （ 7/25-7/29 ） 很多人感嘆著兩個月的實習已經過了一半，我說：還有一半的時間可以讓我們一起相處、一起成長！ 訓練課程 第四周的訓練課程，著重在 XpR & Nielson 軟體的操作，直接從後台讓我們理解如何看到自己想要的資訊。從小到大，我看過了成千上萬的廣告，包括數位、線上、家外等，往往只看到廣告本身卻無從得知背後的運作，此時 Buyer 的角色就被凸顯了出來，如何替客戶在黃金收視時段下廣告 ? 媒體公司的業務根本在哄抬，我該如何一方面和其過招，一方面替客戶守住預算 ? 可以想像 Buyer 是必須具備良好溝通協商技巧的。另外我對於節目的置入性廣告也很感興趣，上完課後，我驚覺以往看新聞的時候也會有廣告商在背後操作，吸引電視機前的觀眾做出購物的動作、看到新聞報導某間餐廳特色美食卻不告知餐廳地點，只能用隱晦的方式，依循蛛絲馬跡在搜尋引擎上找到，這其實都是行業間的規定呀！ iProspect 實習 有別於以往的自修練習，這次應著小老師的要求完成客戶交代的事項，開始有截止期限了，這也是我第一次開始在公司加班，因為我極不喜歡將工作帶回家做。我也從這樣的工作中找到樂趣，像是即使我是實習生中最晚回家，但公司裡還有好多員工持續為工作上奮鬥著，這間公司真是「越夜越美麗」。 小老師們很用心，又設計出了一套活動讓實習生與部門員工們親近，原來他們在實習生的辦公室前面貼了張海報紙，上面是全體職員的姓名，有任何想問的問題都歡迎在他 / 她的名字旁邊貼一張便條紙，我們的問題包山包海，從工作上的提問到私人領域都有，公司也因為這樣的活動比平常多更多歡樂的笑聲！

電通安吉斯集團 2016 暑期實習 第三周 （ 7/18-7/22 ） 得知我們公司做了一件大型的併購案後，對於公司未來的方向及發展越發有興趣，我能感受到全公司上下一同歡慶的氣氛！ 訓練課程 第三周的訓練課程，著重在教導實習生們使用電通集團的超級軟體－ CCS & Nielson ，裡面有非常多有用的資訊，若能熟悉如何操作、並了解該從哪個角度解讀數字背後的意義，這是我覺得最需要學習的地方，也因此每每講師提到報表、 KPI 等，我就會提出關於前輩們如何從軟體給的資訊中挖掘出洞見幫助客戶達成目標。比較可惜的地方是，在 iP 似乎不常使用這幾套軟體，因此我必須到公共區域做學習，不過能有機會一窺軟體內的寶藏，讓我感到非常興奮！ iProspect 實習 周三是 iP 兩個月一次召開的「員工大會」。據說已經是公司傳統，當天除了有免費的比薩大餐可享用，所有實習生們都被要求在大會上做自我介紹，並且只能用圖片呈現。通常大家的經驗都是包羅萬象，想告訴大家的事情很多，只是時間不夠，這也是為什麼我選擇只和大家介紹自己對於「分享」的熱愛。經過了這次機會能和所有 iP 人介紹自己，讓我能更加輕鬆和其他同事們交談，聊聊更多我在自我介紹時沒有提到的故事。 小老師們開始分配客戶的案子給我了，我很清楚這並非前兩周的練習作業，我所做出來的品質必須除了能符合主管的期待，也要站在客戶的立場，思考他們想看到什麼樣的報告。這會是一份很好的機會，我得好好把握！

Thanks to Dentsu Aegis, I got to visit Google Taiwan at 101 building. The elevator took us straight up to the 77 th floor, looking down, Taipei city was all in my sight.  Working in such condition, you literally have to challenge the limit of the sky!  There were about 50 interns from all brands of DAN, we listened to the staffs’ presentation about Google. I thought I knew this brand enough, but after deeply concentrating on what they had to offer, I gotta say the content is very eye-opening. We then went on to a guided tour at the company, everybody was so busy taking pictures, we loved the working environment there! I would kill to work there.
