It’s already my third year in NTUST and I’m turning into the senior soon. I participated in “Job Expo” and was in a group which I can have the chance to get to know some companies. Today I woke up at 6, I was still so tired but I had to get up. Today is still a rainy day in Taipei so we all had a hard time delivering the flyers or something even heavier. I didn’t go to class in the morning, heard that the teacher was quite concerned about me. We were quite busy at first, but after the companies were all set and ready to attract students to fill out the resumes or questionnaire, our duty became quite easy. Performance from Hot Dancing Club  I was so tired so I decided to go back to dorm but not for long since I was still on duty. Our job was quite diversified, I enjoyed talking to the companies the most because that is the real chance to know more about a company. I worked till 5 p.m. I was so done.. but throughout the event I got to meet some new people and com...

2015.03.25 Culture Fair

Last week, my friend Jackson asked me to be the co-host of an AIA event “culture fair” and I took the challenge. It’ll be my first time being a host. Today I got sick, I was too sick to attend the class in the afternoon and the prof ever took the roll call!! Anyway, I got a bit better after sleeping for 3 hours in my room then I went to the classroom where we had our event to rehearse. I met some more exchange students there but the same problem was that I still couldn’t remember their name. We began 30 minutes later than the schedule due to the lack of people. We started with a club song “revolution” and Jackson was a rapper, I followed the rhythm and sang the lyrics. “This is the event from AIA, culture fair, hope you enjoy it, now put your hands up!”. We did attract their attention successfully, with some interactions. The event is mainly for the foreigners to present their motherland, some did it quite boring, I could feel that they didn’t take it seriously. However there were sti...

My contact person is the general manager of TUL Co Ltd. ( 撼訊科技股份有限公司 ). He was late for the meeting on Saturday and I was looking for him, the time when I met him, the meeting time was about to end.  It was a big pity that we only talked for 5 minutes then he had to attend another event. I felt a sense of disappointment, it was not what I expected.  From the Design Dept Our school's most famous dish---Grilled Chicken Leg Then I went back to dorm and studied. One of my best friends in college, Yu-Han (April), was supposed to go to Nürnberg and had her wonderful exchange life like I did, couldn't make her way there. Due to a mutated illness, she was sent to hospital and doctor said that she had to be in hospital and not even go to Taipei. Auf den Weg Benz in Tainan Big Old Tree in Tainan Park Scooter phenomenon  Sakura~~ Tainan Park Such a weird name for a company.. I visited her in her hometown this Saturday (14/03). The bus ticket was not that expensive and I hadn't been to Tainan for a long time, it was still a nice-weather city. After having random lunch, I went straight to the hospital. When I opened the door, her family were also there. I am glad that she looked super and we were so excited to see each other, just the place could be better. That woman is her mom xD Glad to know that you are doing fine Her friends from senior high  We both had a lot to catch...

I came to Taipei today which was earlier than I expected, but I really wanted to do something like my dormitory and friends. Taipei didn’t change a lot but I still had some troubles when I tried to find my way to the school. And I saw more exchange students walking in the campus, also lots of familiar faces. I went to supermarket to buy some necessities with U-bike. I also had some food in the cafeteria in the campus which was only around 1 euro. Later on I met more of my classmates then we went to one’s place to have dinner.  Her place is quite big, has a common room for cooking. We were about 15 people there, I’m so glad to see them after half a year. I even fried an “egg roll” but I failed, it was just a scramble egg at the end. Anyway, we had a blast there. I shared lots of my stories with them, they seemed quite interested in that, that was a good sign for me. People I missed Chef from Czech  The girls The model and rock drummer  T...
